The Piab piINLINE®plus is an ultra-lightweight, decentralised vacuum generator designed for high-speed automation and robotic applications. It integrates Piab’s patented COAX® multistage ejector technology, offering superior energy efficiency and performance. The piINLINE®plus features inline compressed air and vacuum ports, allowing for easy installation directly on the vacuum hose, close to the suction cup. It is available with two nozzle types: the STX nozzle for extra-fast response and release functions, and the Ti nozzle for extra-high vacuum flow. The unit also offers integrated release functions based on either the Exhaust Block Release (EBR) principle or Atmospheric Quick Release (AQR), suitable for fast cycle speeds. The EBR function can be manually activated with a built-in EBR button, and an enhanced blow-off version is available for faster part release. The piINLINE®plus is configurable with several options for different push-in diameters, metric and imperial, and can include a suction cup holder, ball mount, or lock-pin style, commonly found in automotive gripper tooling.
