Atlas Copco CD 630 Heatless Twin Tower Desiccant Dryer – Reliable and Energy-Efficient Moisture Control for Industrial Applications
The Atlas Copco CD 630 is a high-capacity heatless twin tower desiccant dryer designed to deliver consistent dry air for large-scale industrial compressed air systems. With a Free Air Delivery (FAD) capacity of 630 l/s (2268 m³/h), it effectively removes moisture, ensuring the protection and longevity of your equipment.
Operating at a pressure dew point of -40°C (-40°F), the CD 630 ensures optimal air quality, preventing condensation and corrosion in your compressed air system. Its low pressure drop of 0.14 bar (2.03 psi) minimizes energy consumption, reducing operational costs.
Equipped with the advanced Elektronikon® Controller, the CD 630 offers precise monitoring and control, optimizing performance and energy efficiency. The optional Dewpoint Dependent Switching (DDS) feature allows the dryer to adapt to actual moisture load, extending cycle times and generating energy savings of up to 90%.
The robust design includes DN80 / PN16 inlet and outlet connections, and the unit is housed in an IP54-rated enclosure, providing protection against dust and water ingress. The recommended filtration setup includes DD630 (1 µm), PD630 (0.01 µm), and DDp630 (1 µm) filters, ensuring high-quality air output.
